Bio: After the unfortunate accident that brought an end to the carrer of the former Vice Chancellor, Mas Amedda, Vice Chancellor Baldwin was more than willing to step up to the plate and attempt fill his shoes--a rather difficult maneuver since they are of two very different species, but she has only fallen down once or twice.
