Come speak to Senate yourself during
General Assembly meetings!

When you have a question or issue that you want to take to Senate yourself, come to Open Forum! Open forum is a time scheduled toward the end of every General Assembly meeting, specifically designed to give non-senators a chance to speak.

What to expect: When you come into Harlan during our meetings, you’ll see a couple of tables with chairs around them in front of the senate, take a seat! Around the end of the meeting, the Vice President will announce Open Forum, this is your signal to raise your hand and be called on! Speak to senate, and if your question or issue isn’t answered or doesn’t have a solution, we’ll help you find one.
