Geology Club Homepage
The Geology Club at Cornell College has the primary purpose of promoting geological inquiry outside the formal classroom. This is achieved through field trips, visiting lecturers, films, and informal student presentations, which allow club members to become more aware of geology's place in the practical world.
A secondary purpose of the club is to foster intellectual interchange and social interaction in order to build a spirit of camaraderie among students and faculty. The membership is composed of a diverse assemblage of Cornell students, faculty, and other members of the college community.
