Election Information:

General Elections are held for all Exec. Council Officers on the third Thursday of block 4 (December). Nominations for Officers will be open in early December. Specific dates forthcoming. Seniors are not eligible candidates unless no other person is nominated for the office in question. An officers term is 5th block through the 4th block of the following academic year, which equates to one calendar year. If you have questions, please contact us.

 

When Holding Elections:
Nominations can be emailed to the current Administrative Assistant: Johnathan Starko.

Nomininations Open :: Thursday Dec 1st at 6:00p
Nominations Close :: Thursday Dec 8th at 5:00p
Ballots Open :: Friday Dec 9th
Ballots are mailed to members in good standing
Ballots Due:: Thursday Dec 15th at 4:30p

Those elected will be contacted via email, On December 15th during [alliance] and publicly announced in the Newsletter.

 

Voting is by secret ballots that will distributed after nominations are closed by way of the campus mail center (Box #2035). Only members in good standing shall be eligible to vote.

Positions for nomination and election:
President, Vice President, Administrative Assistant, Public Relations, Treasurer, and Historian.
Events Coordinator and Web Designer are appointed positions, by the Vice President and President respectively.
